These charges are not included in the settlement amount on our site.

Payment Method
The following payment methods are available.
Payment method cannot be changed after the order is completed.

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Depending on the product delivery date, credit card payment may be completed before the product is shipped.

Shop pay:
This is a payment service provided by Shopify.
Once you have registered your e-mail address and cell phone number with Shop Pay, you can easily make a payment by simply entering the 6-digit Shop Pay code (SMS verification) sent to you on your next purchase, without having to re-enter your shipping address or credit card information.

Shipping method

The time required to ship depends on the item, shipping region, season, and time of the day of order.

Shipping within Japan:
・Delivery company: SAGAWA EXPRESS
・Shipping fees: free
・Estimated delivery time: About1-4 business days

International shipping:
・Delivery company: DHL , EMS , Fedex
・Shipping fees: Flat rate 15,000 JPY
・Estimated delivery time: About 2-14 business days

* We may delay delivery during busy periods.
* We do not accept any delivery company's specification due to the consignment of delivery.

 

Order cancellation and returns
As rule, we do not accept order cancellations after the order is confirmed unless you receive the wrong product or there is a problem with the product.

In case of a product fault or if the wrong item has been shipped, please contact the Company within 2 days after arrival of the shipment.

 

Refusal of delivery / long-term absence
If a customer is absent and delivery is not taken by the end of the temporary storage period, the shipment will automatically be returned and the order cancelled.
Re-shipment after return and cancellation is not possible.
Please note that in such a case, depending on the circumstances, the Company can require the customer to pay the round-trip delivery charges.
